Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Your use of Lumior is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

1) Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Lumior.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• You may not use Lumior if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable laws.

2) Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or restrict access if we detect suspicious activity or violations.

3) User Rules (What You Cannot Do)

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, bully, or abuse others.
• Post or share hate speech, discriminatory content, or content promoting violence.
• Share or request sexual content involving minors, or exploitative sexual content of any kind.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Use Lumior for scams, fraud, solicitation, or illegal activities.
• Share someone else’s personal information without their consent (doxxing).
• Attempt to bypass bans, security, or access controls.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest user data without permission.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service.

4) Content You Post

A. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you post, upload, share, or transmit (“User Content”), including profile photos, bios, messages, and media.

B. License to operate the service

You grant Lumior a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This license ends when your content is deleted from the Service, except where we must retain it for legal or safety reasons.

C. Content removal

We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or our safety rules, or that we believe may harm users or the Service.

5) Messaging and Video Chat

• Video/audio features require camera and microphone permissions in your browser/device.
• Calls are not recorded by default. If recording is added, we will provide notice and update policies.
• You are responsible for how you behave during calls and chats. Do not share sensitive information you do not want others to have.

6) Safety, Reporting, and Enforcement

We aim to keep Lumior safe, but we cannot guarantee user behavior. Use caution when meeting or communicating with others.

• If you believe a user is violating the rules, report them (where available) or contact us.
• We may investigate reports and take actions such as warnings, content removal, suspensions, or bans.

7) Third-Party Services

Lumior may integrate third-party services (e.g., login providers, analytics, hosting). We are not responsible for third-party services and their actions. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their terms and policies.

8) Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumior will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10) Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required for security/safety.
• Some obligations and sections of these Terms will survive termination (e.g., safety, disclaimers, liability limits).

11) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Effective Date” above and may notify you through the Service if changes are significant. Continued use of Lumior after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless your local laws require otherwise.
